Password security that cannot be compromised. Unlike most 'home-made' and many commercial systems, it is impossible within DaCS™ to disable security or 'crack' any system passwords without a record being made in the audit trail.

Proven Audit trails from the moment data is inputted. All new data entry and changes to data are recorded in the worksheets audit trail. The audit trail is secure, transportable with the workbook and CANNOT be altered without detection.

Capability to transfer secure files and data around the world. DaCS™ controlled data files can be sent to your clients with the assurance they have not been altered. The files can be viewed, but not altered, within standard Excel. If the recipient also has DaCS™ then data in these files can be manipulated (with complete audi trail) or securely transferred to other systems.

Application of "True" Electronic Signatures to meet your or your clients needs. The DaCS™ electronic signature is INDEPENDENT of network or system log-on passwords. The Electronic Signature meets all the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and can be configured to meet any other " business" driven requirements.

DaCS™ can import data from a wide range of file formats. Excel supports many data import formats - all these formats are supported under secure DaCS™ control.

DaCS™ will accept data input directly from ANY instrument with RS232 output. Recent developments with partner companies allow us to "seamlessly" capture data from simple (eg balances, pH meters) and complex (eg Mass Spectrometers, CDS) instruments via a simple configurable interface. Full monitoring and audit trailing of all laboratory instrumentation is now a reality.
